Battle of Haldighati
The Battle of Haldighati was fought between the forces of Maharana Pratap of Mewar and the Mughal army under Man Singh of Amber. Despite inferior numbers, the Rajput forces fought with exceptional bravery. Maharana Pratap's horse Chetak carried him to safety after he was wounded. Although the Mughals claimed victory, Maharana Pratap continued his guerrilla resistance.
